Darren Young〡President Executive Leadership Solutions Darren has more than 20 years of experience in church and parachurch leadership. Darren served with Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC) Canada on the executive leadership team as both CFO and Director of Human Resources for seven years. In 2005, God called Darren out of ministry with CCC to give leadership to the revitalization of a local church just outside of Vancouver, Canada; he served there as Lead Pastor for 13 years. While leading his church, Darren also partnered with Leadership Network in pioneering and directing Executive Pastor Leader Groups. The network of XP Leader Groups grew, and in 2019, Darren joined the Leadership Network team full-time as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, Darren spearheaded Leadership Network's merger with Exponential and then joined the team at Ministry Solutions to launch Executive Leadership Solutions. Darren is deeply passionate about helping mobilize leaders and shape the future of the local church. He currently resides in Langley, British Columbia, and when he isn't coaching his two teenage sons in the myriad of sports they enjoy, he loves enjoying a delicious meal with his beautiful wife, Wendy. Most of his other moments are spent training for marathons.
